During the sketching process, my designs began to diverge towards two different mindsets: "GO" & "BE". Imagery Following focuses on the "GO" mindset.
During the design process, I work with a last builder to design an ergonomic footbed, with added grip near the toes to help mitigate foot fatigue over long distances. Additionally, the grip pattern along the footbed is inspired by fractal patterns, often used in microchips and other technology to encourage airflow. Larger prisms are located under the ball and heel of the foot, the two prime contact areas that require the most ventilation.
COLOR & MATERIALS
I experimented with numerous color stories based upon the story behind the Falcon in addition to the Arc'teryx product line colors for future seasons.
